Delivery
www.woodfiredoven.ie products are delivered unassembled and securely packaged on a pallet.
Assembly requires high-temperature silicone (not included in the product price) and must be purchased separately.
Deliveries are made by a trusted carrier to the address specified in your order. Someone must be present to receive the goods or have an authorized person available to do so.
Your contact number will be shared with the carrier so they can reach you if there are any questions regarding the delivery location.
Deliveries are kerbside and are made at street level. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the necessary labour or equipment to move the product(s) inside their property, garage, or desired location.
If your delivery address has access restrictions (e.g., narrow lanes, gated areas, construction zones, or other obstacles that prevent standard delivery vehicles from reaching it), please contact www.woodfiredoven.ie in advance to discuss potential solutions. If delivery to your location is not feasible, we can arrange an alternative drop-off point that ensures safe and viable access.
www.woodfiredoven.ie does not cover additional costs for special delivery requirements, extra labour, or alternative transport methods requested by the customer.
Returns are only accepted if items are undamaged, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging. To initiate a return, you must notify www.woodfiredoven.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that delivery times may be affected during August and December due to supplier holiday periods.
