Every wood fired oven we offer is individually handcrafted by skilled European artisans using only top-grade materials. Some models in our range come triple-insulated, giving you maximum heat retention and cooking efficiency. All ovens arrive pre-assembled and, once cured properly, are practically ready to go. With a wide selection in stock and shipping in just 2–3 days, getting started couldn’t be easier. Built entirely by hand using time-honoured Mediterranean methods and cutting-edge insulation materials, our ovens strike the perfect balance between tradition and performance. Certain models reach over 350°C in under an hour (with quality kiln-dried logs), a level of efficiency once reserved for commercial ovens—now available in a size that fits seamlessly into your garden or outdoor kitchen.

Models like the Almada, Rio Tinto, and Mosaico are designed for exceptional heat retention. Their aluminium-coated ceramic fibre blanket insulation makes them incredibly fuel-efficient. Inside, they’re crafted from refractory clay or brick, then layered with ceramic fibre wool, reinforced mesh, and refractory cement—delivering unrivalled thermal mass.

Some models are made using refractory clay bricks fired in wood-fuelled tunnel kilns at 900–1000°C for up to 72 hours. This process enhances both heat absorption and retention, reducing fuel usage while improving cooking consistency.

The build quality extends right down to the finishing touches. During construction, the cooking floor is laid on top of its own insulation layer, while the dome is strengthened with wire reinforcement at each stage. On select models, a double layer of rock wool wraps the dome before it’s sealed with a final 40mm coating of refractory cement—designed to last for decades.

To complete the experience, several models feature solid, heavy-duty cast iron doors with tempered glass and vent controls, combining both form and function.
